The Opportunity We're standing up a dedicated Northeast & Mid-Atlantic Region — the Atlantic corridor running from New England down through Virginia. This is a newly created seat with full ownership of the region's revenue, rep agency network, and distributor and specifier relationships, on par with our West, South, and Midwest regional heads and reporting directly to the CEO. This is a build. You'll start from an established base in one of the country's richest lighting markets — dense commercial construction, a deep specification community, and the strongest concentration of premium utility rebate programs anywhere in the U.S. The runway is wide open for a lighting professional who knows this corridor and wants to own and grow a region from the ground up.
