Applications
- :: The Westgate WEC-ANT-8A Series is a 5.8GHz microwave motion sensor that installs in or alongside a luminaire to add bi-level occupancy and daylight control to 0-10V dimmable LED drivers. It detects motion in a 360° pattern up to a 26' radius at mounting heights of 8' to 12', and microwave sensing performs reliably where infrared sensors struggle, including through thin lenses and in temperature extremes from -40°F to 158°F. Three light levels let fixtures run at 100% when the space is occupied, drop to a selectable 0%, 10%, 30%, or 50% standby level after the hold time, and turn off after the standby period. A built-in daylight sensor keeps lights off when natural light is sufficient. It is ideal for offices, restrooms, stairwells, corridors, storage rooms, and parking areas, and all settings can be adjusted with onboard DIP switches or the optional RC-100 wireless IR remote.
